Standard Lead Times
We endeavour to meet the lead times below for all orders outside of holiday & closed periods:
- Wardrobe Systems: Approximately 3 working days dispatch, or Next Day Collections
- Sliding Doors: Approximately 15 working days
If your order contains both wardrobes and sliding doors, the longer lead time is applicable for your total order.
Please note that lead times may vary due to stock availability, assembly requirements, or seasonal demand. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and our close-down period. If timing is critical for your order, please contact us to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery dates.
Happy with product
It arrived quick and no problems with delivery. We found the shelves weren’t secure at the pole. The pole was very insecure had to tie the shelves to the pole to keep the pole secure.
Thanks for your feedback. The support pole is positioned at the front of the shelves, so it isn’t designed to be fixed into place. The shelves clip into the pole brackets, and once items are placed on the shelves to provide weight, they remain secure for everyday use, and also can be removed if desired.
