Standard Lead Times
We endeavour to meet the lead times below for all orders outside of holiday & closed periods:
- Wardrobe Systems: Approximately 3 working days dispatch, or Next Day Collections
- Sliding Doors: Approximately 15 working days
If your order contains both wardrobes and sliding doors, the longer lead time is applicable for your total order.
Please note that lead times may vary due to stock availability, assembly requirements, or seasonal demand. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and our close-down period. If timing is critical for your order, please contact us to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery dates.

The service from the Wardrobes Online team was exceptional – they went out of their way to make the process as seamless as possible. Communication was fast and clear, the product arrived in record time, and there were plenty of spare parts (which we didn’t even need, as everything was perfect).
The instructions were easy to follow, and I loved being able to adjust the layout to suit our space. The two-tone finish gives it a high-end look, and everything works perfectly for our needs. Couldn’t be happier with our Aspiring 800 walk-in wardrobe!

I visited your show room a few times and the young men who served me were always very informative, helpful and polite. Everything we ordered we got and all in good condition
The cabinetry is all great, was easy for put builder to install and is good quality. However, be warned that the soft close mechanisms on the drawers are only on one side. I had assumed that soft close meant the drawers would all be evenly soft close, but only one side of each drawer is. This means the drawers don’t close evenly, and makes them feel flimsy.

Regarding the drawers, our soft-close system is a standard undermount design commonly used in cabinetry, with the mechanism on one side and a guide on the other. We love the product delivered, order 46586. The assembly of the units went smoothly, using both the instructions and the youtube video, which I found particularly helpful.
What a difference it has made to our ensuite, it has brightened it up considerably and given us more space and storage.
We understand that the system was purchased during a sale, but it was not clear at any point how long it would be until delivery. The wait time wasn’t important, it was knowing how long that was likely to be, that mattered to us. The only reason I mention it is because the rating above would have been 5.

We did email the expected delivery date upon ordering, as well as tracking info when the goods were dispatched, but appreciate the feedback and will look at making this clearer.
