Standard Lead Times
We endeavour to meet the lead times below for all orders outside of holiday & closed periods:
- Wardrobe Systems: Approximately 3 working days dispatch, or Next Day Collections
- Sliding Doors: Approximately 15 working days
If your order contains both wardrobes and sliding doors, the longer lead time is applicable for your total order.
Please note that lead times may vary due to stock availability, assembly requirements, or seasonal demand. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and our close-down period. If timing is critical for your order, please contact us to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery dates.
Product is fantastic. Love it. Only complaint I have is that within a day or 2 of making my purchase, before I’d even received my order, you had a sale and when I questioned you about honouring my purchase at the sale price which you would have known about when I made my purchase I was only offered 10% off my next purchase. Only thing is that I have all the wardrobe I need now so there won’t be another purchase :(. I could have returned the wardrobe when I received it and then re-bought at the sale price which would equate to you just reimbursing me the difference.

Would have been a 5 but 4 screws for the draw rail
I am delighted with the result. My handiman was able to put it together with little or no issues. He got faster after the first drawer for example 🙂
